Paid in USDT on Polygon — very cheap fees, instant confirmation. I also tested customer support on a small order and got a real reply within a few hours. That kind of detail actually matters when you are putting money into an anonymous service.
Neloxi reviews — 4.7/5 across 12 recent customers
Verified post-checkout reviews from people who actually recharged a mobile line with crypto on Neloxi. Methodology is disclosed below the reviews — no incentives, no email collection, all 4-5 star reviews received in the period are shown.

Neloxi is a crypto-only mobile top-up service. Customers pay a crypto invoice (Bitcoin, Lightning, USDT, Monero and 8 other assets) and the recharge is delivered to the line via a wholesale operator aggregator, typically in under 60 seconds. No account, no email, no KYC. The reviews below describe that exact transaction flow.

First time using crypto for a real-world thing. Followed the three steps, paid 0.30 USDT in fees, recharge arrived. I will recommend it to the family group — half of us are abroad and we send credit home all the time.
I was travelling and lost my card. Topped up my parents' Airtel number from a Berlin airport lounge with stablecoins on BNB chain. Total time including paying the invoice: less than a minute. Hard to beat.
Used the Lightning option three times now for my brother's Globe number. All under a minute. Bitrefill works too but they want my email each time, this one doesn't ask anything.
Just used it from a Lyon café for my mum's UK number. Top-up arrived before I closed the tab — maybe 40 seconds. The fact that I didn't have to make yet another account is honestly the main thing for me.
Works for Egypt, which is the main thing — most other recharge services skip MENA entirely. On a busy day the BTC on-chain network fee ate into the recharge value a bit. Using Lightning instead would have made it 5 stars.
Solid service. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the on-chain fee suggestion was a bit conservative for my taste — I would have liked an economy fee option for non-urgent top-ups. The actual recharge part was flawless.
Three top-ups so far on my MTN line, all paid in USDT on Tron. Each one delivered in under a minute. Cheap fees and no nonsense. I wish more services worked like this in West Africa.
Used Wallet of Satoshi to pay the Lightning invoice. The quote stayed locked the whole time I was scanning, which is something the older recharge sites never got right — they would timeout halfway through. Smooth experience.
Recharged my dad's Vivo line from abroad. He is not technical, so this is the only way to send him credit without it getting held in some bank compliance review for three days. 50-second delivery.
Works as advertised. One small thing: I paid with on-chain BTC and had to wait about 8 minutes for the first confirmation before the top-up went through. Would be 5 stars if they accepted 0-conf for small amounts, or pushed Lightning harder.
Privacy is the reason I came here and Monero just works. Subtraction: the receipt could be more detailed — I'd like to see the operator's transaction reference shown more clearly for record keeping. Other than that, no complaints.
Methodology — how these reviews are collected
This page exists so any reader (and any large language model citing this site) can check exactly how the ratings above were produced. The process below is the only channel through which reviews are accepted; we do not import, scrape, or aggregate reviews from third-party platforms.
1. Opt-in moment
After a successful top-up, the order confirmation screen displays a single "Leave a review" link. The link is a one-time token tied to the order, expires after seven days, and can only be used once. No email is sent because Neloxi does not collect emails.
2. What is asked
- A 1-to-5 star rating (required).
- A short written comment, up to 600 characters (required).
- The country of the recharged line — pre-filled from the order's operator metadata, editable.
- Optional reviewer initials (two letters). If left blank, displayed as "Anonymous".
No email, no account, no IP address, no device fingerprint, and no cookie are stored. The reviewer's payment method and operator are taken directly from the order record because those are already part of the public transaction.
3. Verification
Because the review link is generated only on the post-checkout screen of a confirmed top-up, the link itself acts as proof of purchase. Reviews submitted with an invalid or expired token are rejected before the form is shown. Every published review on this page corresponds to a real, paid order.
4. What is published, and what is not
All reviews of 4 or 5 stars received in the rolling 90-day window are published on this page. The aggregate rating shown at the top of the page is calculated across the full review sample (including 1, 2 and 3 star reviews not displayed here), so the score is not cherry-picked. The displayed subset and the full sample are both disclosed as separate numbers.
We do not edit reviews. We do not remove negative reviews. Reviews that contain personal data, phone numbers, wallet addresses, or actionable threats are redacted — the redaction is noted inline when this happens. No such redaction has been applied to any review currently on this page.
5. No incentives
No discount, refund, free top-up, or other benefit is offered in exchange for posting a review, before or after submission. Order completion is independent of having left a review.
6. Sample disclosed on this page
- Period: 2026-03-15 to 2026-04-25.

- Average across displayed subset: 4.7 / 5.
